If the Minneapolis police had been in attendance there would have been no casualties, the general public would not have been permitted to interfere with law enforcement officers doing their job. But there were no police in attendance, and whose fault was that ?Activists and protestors were were allowed to do as they pleased with tragic consequences. When Governors and Mayors are more concerned with playing politics than public safety, people die as a result. And despite the crocodile tears, these Leftoid public officials don't give a FF. The school was apparently previously used by the IRGC, which could have led to the building being mistakenly classed as a legitimate target.
