Thank you all dear friends, 'Birthdays' seem to be a load of nothings as the years pass bye. Not really now anything to look forward too.
Just how old I am now it really does not matter, no young kids around me, plus here no people around me to 'hit the high life'. My son has his family , I have friends in our village. I play BRIDGE, once a week, we used to play mini football on the basketball court, but over time it ended. Here the sport is volleyball We do have good long summers here, Six months or more at least of good old faithful sunshine. The Mediterranean is close by (2/3 km's ) if i want to go there? The nice long sunshine hours are close by too, I am near to the ancient city of Akko or Acre, the port area is arab, it's interesting, lots of tourists in summer. Lebanon is 30 km's away to the north, so there is shelling from time to time. Otherwise waiting for the summer!
