  • Parker

What must he think watching our games since he?s gone - yes we?re not world beaters but organised play with a threat and actually look like a team.

For all the nice comments about him and those that wanted him to stay surely they can see the difference

The difference is extraordinary. He should have been sacked in late October.

I?m furious at the club and owners tbh after watching that tonight - as I said all along a season wasted we could have done so much more.

Thanks for nothing Parker - you should have let Jackson set us up and run it your still have been in a job.

This team while not the best has quality and could have made a fight of it and stayed up if the tactics had have been more attacking. It makes you mad that action was not taken.

Declan Rise praised MJ tonight. The change and how we now try to play

Mike Jackson has shown more tactical acumen in 3 games than Parker showed in the previous 34 games.Unbelievable.I honestly think now that with a decent manager this lot could have made a go of it-maybe even stayed up.Cardy should have been gone last October just what were ALK thinking? We could all see it on here.

I agree with every word Army-its an absolute disgrace.A blind man and his dog could see it yet ALK couldn’t?

They probably could see it but couldn't afford the pay off and the money needed to get a new man in post who would have wanted more than Parker was getting with the club in the position it was fighting relegation.

That was my opinion at the time Sub.

Agreed sub I think that?s proabbly the case

However watching what I e witnessed the last 3 games we?d have been better of garden leaving him and keep paying while letting Jackson run the team.

He?ll probably go to Rovers and do well know but I don?t envy the football they?ll have to watch

We look a different team than under Parker.
Pace never learns. We had the same shambles under Kompany when he should have been sacked, now rinse and repeat with Parker.

Like Army says, Parker should have been sacked and put on gardening leave (he could have sorted my front lawn out) give the job to Jackson, nothing to lose. I don't think the comp was ever the problem, it was incompetency and lack of vision

You saw it in its glory last night ballcock. A group of players who all knew their jobs, kept their shape and refused to buckle under pressure.

Broja, Edwards & Foster all deemed to be surplus to requirements.

I would love Jacko to take a two year contract but he insists he's not interested.

Everyone has their price, I'd love Mr Pace to ask Jacko what his is. The difference in the last two games has been mind-boggling.

I honestly don?t think there is anything wrong with Jackson but he doesn?t have shall we call it curb appeal - it?s a lot easier with players who you work with day in day out and have for some time - now attracting new ones and finding talent and convincing them to come to Burnley is a different job and proposition completely.

He?s simply not in those circles and I think maybe that half the reason he?s not interested.
