It's not for Trump's personal use, the Defence Department will have charge of the plane and will fit it out for use as Air Force One. As the plane comes for free it will be an enormous saving for the American taxpayer. Neither will it be for Trump's personal use when he leaves office, at that point it will be de-commissioned.
