A "Steering Group" involving Claret Phoney put me right off. Pretentious claptrap. "The group is now open for membership and is encouraging all fans to take part in building a “transparent, inclusive, and community-focused relationship” with the club." Pass the sick bag.

Anywhere Tony Scholes is involved the story usually revolves around him.

Looks like Scholes will be running the shop. It will be heavly cencored and extremely woke like his message board, and if Tony doesn't get his own way he will be doing a lot of sulking.

Alan Pace and his financial backers run the club not a supporters club who financially contribute little. I doubt Alan as little time for a self important nobody and his chums who have little pull with the majority of the fan base.

With all the social media platforms supporters clubs are a thing of the past run by owd fellas who don't know any better

Here is what BK had to say per the Burnley Express

Kilby said: “I’ve followed Burnley all my life and had the honour of serving the club as chairman.

"One thing that’s always been true is that this club belongs to its supporters. That’s why I’m proud to lend my name to Burnley FC ISA.It’s grassroots, democratic and gives us a strong voice as fans. I believe it can play an important role in helping the club stay true to its roots while looking to the future.”

I am intrigued as well. Maybe I should join just to see what their plans are.
