I'd to check the score when I got home, thought I might have lost count. A complete mis-match, we were bigger, fitter, quicker and generally more skilful. Best way to sum up the game, although not I suppose very apt in the circumstances, is it was like men against boys.

A professional team playing a non-professional team and it really showed with the level of fitness and skill.
Burnley have played 6 games this season from memory and conceded just 1 goal.
Sadly, matches like this don't do any good for either team except for giving a few Clarets in the squad a full game instead of sitting on the bench.

I was more upset when Vintage Clarets ducked again on Saturday Alfie, I just can't catch that bugger right, I'm binning it for the season now, which no doubt means it'll win in October.

Haven't seen an official figure yet Outwood, but I'd guess at 250-300. Not many from Burnley, besides mine only saw about 3/4 Burnley shirts. Apart from on the pitch that is.
