Well over the top BT
How do you know he didn't turn up for training or phone in?
Brownhill has proven throughout his time at Burnley that he is a model professional and alway had the respect of his managers
Your comments are well over the top, even for a raving lefty like you 😉

I think we know Brownhill will be leaving and the majority of fans imo will acknowledge the great contribution he has made to Burnley FC in his time at the club. Sorry to see him go.Originally posted by ballcock View PostWell over the top BT

I think he can whistle for the 15m signing on fee he wants.Greedy *******s are these players-they all come with their signing on club videos with their platitudes such as "cant wait to get in front of the fans on the Turf? or ?I like the city and the people?.Originally posted by sinkov View PostJust another greedy fecker on the make. I agree with the Bedlington Terrier, he can do one for me.
They are all mercenaries.I for one would far more appreciate it if they said ?I have come for the money to be honest. This was the best offer on the table and it allows me to try and further my career in the best league in the world and I will be off again as soon as I get a better offer from a bigger club? full stop.

That sums up almost all of our recent signings and any other club for that matter, players like JRod and Payton are obvious exceptions and could now include Bash but players and managers when signed go through the ritual of making all the right noises but are still looking to further their careers. I think Dyche would have stuck with us, like ternent given the chance but they are the exceptions. Money and family come first.Originally posted by ClaretinBudapest View PostI think he can whistle for the 15m signing on fee he wants.Greedy *******s are these players-they all come with their signing on club videos with their platitudes such as "cant wait to get in front of the fans on the Turf? or ?I like the city and the people?.

Burnley fans have made no secret that they think that Brownhill is not up to PL football, therefore, he has chosen to believe them and will get a better deal elsewhere and will probably have a good season. Good luck to him, he has done his job at the Turf and we have had value for money.Originally posted by ballcock View PostBrownhill waiting to see if Dyche gets the Leicester gig.
Brownhill knows his limitations and sticking to where he stands out in the championship, fair play to him

Last time he was in the EPL with us he was pretty bloody awful, Auf Wiedersehen Pet. We move on.Originally posted by Supersub6 View PostBurnley fans have made no secret that they think that Brownhill is not up to PL football, therefore, he has chosen to believe them and will get a better deal elsewhere and will probably have a good season.
