The jury will be out on Walker until we actually see him play. He was on loan to Milan last season and only played 4 games, and from what I hear his legs have gone.

I believe he played for England this summer he was somewhat wanting, did anyone see him play?

The fee of 5 million will be performance related, so if things don't work out City get nowt.
