TBH mon ami you know I've been watching Burnley for even longer than you and he's one of the best centre-backs I have ever seen at Burnley. 50 million quid for starters, he really is that good.

Seems like Mr Pace reads this board, he wants 50 million pounds for Esteve, which Spurs aren't inclined to pay. Which hopefully is sort of the point.

Considering some of the players who have already moved for fees over 50 million in this window that has really got to be the bottom line for Esteve. I wonder if the Tyneside scrooges YI, YI, YI are going to cough up an improved offer for Trafford. Trafford will be missed but is replaceable. Esteve is as BT has pointed out extra special.
