The number of views I take with a serious pinch of salt. I don?t know how it?s recorded, but I just don?t believe it.
Unlike others, I have never had problems posting. I tend to use the ?reply with quote ? button.
I don?t post often as I hate the constant repetition and negativity.
Yes, we gave the ball away a lot, we are a L2 team. If (yes I know!) we had put away 2/3/4 of our chances, would L have posted that statistic?
So frustrated with this site I have all but given up on it. Is the Crewe Alex Chat on Facebook or on another platform please?

It?s on Facebook. You have to apply or be invited to join. 3000members, obviously not all active, but a wide variety of posts and posters.

Thanks for the reply. I vowed that I would never get involved with Facebook but maybe I will change my mind. Can you recommend the chat on there?

I donÂ’t do Facebook except to allow me to access various pages, not just football. I donÂ’t post anything.
          Recommend the chat?
          Hmmmm!
Generally yes, itÂ’s ok. There are a few Nheads on there, but thatÂ’s to be expected with the number of members, and what I perceive to be the greater age range than on here.
ItÂ’s strangely not easy to find.
Being a fbook member also gets you into the official Crewe Alex Facebook page (I think you have to have a f book membership, but I could be wrong). This page seems to be updated better than the main site, and does allow you (not me!) to comment. For example, the Max Sanders interview on the FB page has 13 comment, from 12 different posters.
It also has a running game report, so today the U21 team lost 0-5 and that was constantly updated.

I have to raise questions about Holicek. He undoubtedly has good ball skills but rarely has an end product. Rarely scores, if at all and the same can be said of assists.
Thanks very much for all that, very interesting and something to consider. One last question if you would be so kind. Do they have threads on there the same as on here and can you start them off?

Yes you can start threads on the chat site. I assume Crewe Alex have to start threads on their page?

I think that's right on the official page - a thread on Facebook is basically a starting post, then any comment made in response to it.

Unfortunately, I do not wish to contribute to Zuckerberg's empire. Even less so now that he is one of the 'Tech Bros' shoring up Trump's authoritarian regime. Therefore I will have to persevere with the Mad site despite it's poor quality software.

Gazan, me too no Facebook for me, which is originally why i came to this page. Frustrating, the web site like the Alex lol! Division is tight and the January window will affect more than the odd team. Like a few more wins as draws move you in the wrong direction. Clean sheets we need more of, so when we get the odd game they count!
