That game was a perfect example of men against little boys. Yes we had better possesion but it was mainly backwards and negative.

Find it hard to believe that Holicek came on before Rankine, but not in the least surprised. Finney again selected, Wow, no comment needed. Complete inept management.

The management and coaches all want sacking and please do away with all the non players at the club. Is it right that a thousand fans pay to see these so called football matches to see 2 direct goal attemps in 96 minutes while selecting TEN bloody defenders at the back? Clue....Go and put FIVE Strikers on the pitch and then we may see more attempts on the goal. What is the bloody point of playing these matches with 10 defenders and one striker? You will not get me paying any more money to see this trash! Do players KNOW how to play this game without committing fouls. Hundreds of passes, all going nowhere. Just go and do something more useful.

Agree the comments on individuals mentioned. Shame it took until the end to actually move forward. I know he won?t be able to keep the tempo up for 90 mins but Rankine should be starting in my view. March injury a disappointment but hopefully short term. I don?t think Bogle could have done a lot different with his shot, did well to get it down and then he could only hit it in one place which their goalkeeper read easily. Sanders is our best player but more corners need to beat the first man and why waste a free kick in a good position by making a short pass. But he?s better than the rest. I don?t mind Waller at all, he comes for crosses and gets them, I think Booth is weak there at times. Until we have certain players back and able to do 90 mins (which usually isn?t the first couple of games) we are going to struggle. I think we will exit January firmly out of the play offs, would need a good second half of the season now which I probably cannot see happening.

Why don't they use what little brains they have to do things on the pitch that will produce a better result?

Why do all the clubs have 20 players within the 6 yard box for free kicks and corners? Why don't they have have half the players back and half near the half way line? We have conceded two pens with players pushing each other and its endemic in the game where pushing and shoving takes place the whole time at all levels of the game. People used to say that managers and coaches in football clubs are dimwitted as they were mostly uneducated players and maybe that is an over simplification. I want managers to say lets try something different and see what results they will bring. No team should lose a game 1-0 and all hell should be let loose on the opposition's goal and if that results in losing 2-0 or 3-0 then in my view its a better result than 1-0.

Danny Blanchflower was one of my favourite players in the 60's who was Captain of the great Spurs team of the time and he was always thinking about improvements in the team. I mean what is the point of having a silent Captain on the pitch and three managers all shouting instructions from the sidelines. What on earth do they do for each week at Reaseheath?

I once asked Dario personally at a match why do they allow all the players to congregate on corners and his answer surprised me. He said, 'They all do it'.....

I think we need to appoint more intellectual people to football management. Do away with all the coaches and hangers on and let one man run the team. Its no good dragging the ex players and has beens in to run the team. That produces disaster as shown by today's result..

Rarely seen Mingi at RB but on the rare outing it is plainly obvious thay this season he is by far the bes attacking a RB we have. But it is also like Rankine he is not going to be selected.

Apparently we are famous for developing young player. I must say I sincerely doubt that. In the Under21 side this season up to the middle of November we have won 1 (one) game and are rooted firmly at the bottom of their league. Well I would say that under the current manager they are developing young players who are losers. This standard has existed for at least the last 3 years under the same manager. Unbelievable.

The problem is not the number of posts mate,...Its the plain fact is that we pay coaches and non players over one million pounds PER season and they have no idea about how to play football. For a team to go for 96 minutes and have two direct attempts on goal demonstrate that very clearly. Their goal was scored because there were too many players in the 6 yard box...AGAIN! The GK did not save the shot and he pushed the ball out to one of their players who scored. Was that incompetent goal keeping by a young man that should never be playing professional football at that age..BUT we would rather sign players on low wages than to pay for decent ones who would come here given the chance!

We have three managers and more managers and coaches and has been said the junior teams are useless and so what is going on? Does the Chairman and Board of Directors ever get the manager in and ask him WTF is going on when they have just had two shots at goal and nearly 500 passes to one another...

I think most of these people have never ever played this game ever..

In order, reason number 1 is that many are tired of responding to the same repetitive line trotted out every time we lose a match and if the advice were followed by the club it would find itself dropping down the leagues faster than you could say "I told you so". The other reason is that the site seems more difficult to access these days and I can't always be arsed with the struggle. But because people aren't engaging on the site does not equate to them not, as you put it, "giving a fck". That is an offensive suggestion. Let me ask you a very simple question.

This club spends over one million pounds on the academy and managers and coaches and non players...So how come despite all that money spent on virtually non playing staff, can we only manage two direct shots at goal and have well over 400 passes between our players?

I have watched this club well over 70 years and to me the standard of football today is poor compared with previous decades. You need to get a life to realise that if you cannot manage a couple of direct shots on goal, then you have failed miserably. If you can call what we do is coaching, then I think you have lost the plot of what football was invented to do and that was to ATTACK the opposition's goal in order to score goals not to have almost all of the team defending the team, which is not working anyway and to me a fan spending big money on going to away games, is being cheated by the ethos of the club by calling us a 'development' club, when for over 100 years it certainly was not! IMO its not offensive to call not giving a fck when the word is possibly the only word that fits...

There were no academies and coaches for over 100 years and so answer the second question which is...Why doo we need them now?
