Anyone got any hope for this one?

I'm hoping we convert some of our chances and sneak a 2-1

Chapeu to any fan who makes this trip on a monday night when it could have been played on a saturday

They'll be scrapping for points, this isn't an easy game, especially with our defence problems and 3rd choice keeper. Hoping for a smash and grab 1-0 win, but wouldn't be surprised if this one went wrong for us.

If we are to have any outside chance of 6th place and playoffs this is a must win. I dont think we do - Southampton on a late run are my favourites - but 4 away defeats in a row would spoil our away form and pretty much rule it out.

Plus you just know Ebou will score. Perhaps they will concede a win to us if it kept Soutampton down though............again a draw helps noone so I will go for 1-2

No problem at all with O?Donnell, unless they target him knowing we?ll then have a youngster in goal.

As GP suggests (twice) Adams almost guaranteed to star and their need is greater than ours. 2-1 home win and the end of our aspirations for this season.

I reckon both teams will go for the win making for an end to end game. Plenty of mistakes but little quality leads to a 2-2 draw.

We will either win, draw or lose beyond that haven't got a scoobies! This team is so inconsistent, not all their fualt with injuries etc. though this tendency to start slow and suddenly begin to play in the 2nd half is frustrating to watch. 1-1 draw for me.

Not a pleasant watch really. Poor game but another win.

Games like that you can see the standouts in defence - Clarke immense, Durkin excellent, O’Donnell epic for a third choice inc that marvellous save. On the ebou v Travis thing, I didn’t think either of them played well, but in terms of involvement, ebou was mentioned a lot more by the sky commentator than Travis. And as cameos go, Morris was unfortunately awful, looks slow and lacked good timing. But hey, 3 points!

Seems like O’Donnell proved his worth again. Intelligent, unheralded signing.

The stats were pretty awful apart from the goals stat. They've had difficulty scoring all season and they made life difficult for us as their general play was, IMO, pretty good up to the final third.

The one stat that does worry me is the pass success rate which was below 60%. 4 out of every 10 passses we made went astray. We got away with it last night. I don't think we'd be as lucky if our passing is as poor on Saturday.

Need to get a footwear coach, ASAP. Half the team couldn't keep on their feet.

Clarke and Murkin excellent but my MOTM vote goes to Richard O'Donnell. There were fans, pre match, voicing their lack of confidence in him, calling for Jack Thompson to be given the start. That's 4 games now this season and ROD has played well in all 4. As someone who spent half his "career" between the sticks, I never got the posts that saw him as a bad choice because he once got relegated from L2. Very often, goals against are not the fault of the keeper. Based on his 4 appearances this season thus far, I'd be perfectly happy to see him stay in the side for the rest of the season if #1 and #2 aren't fit. Having said that, if we reach the stage where the playoffs look very unlikely or impossible, I'd give JT a run as he's the future.

Brewster and BBD worked their socks off, especially defensively. A better performance from Szmodics and he got the goal.

I'll be cheering from the East Stand on Saturday.
