DT gave him an 8/10 and my son in law, who knows a thing or two about football, had him down as MotM.
Good to hear. My ‘signings’ comment was just about his impact to date. Obviously I hope he improves and lives up to JE’s expectation.

Him, BBD and Murkin were excellent.

O' Donnell showing us we can have confidence in him too. His distribution is superior to Vickers and what a save even though was offside.

We all see thingss differently, I?ve gone back to a couple of incidents in the first half and he really looked like he wasn?t up for the challenge. Now that may be to do with the injury he?s recovering from but it still looked a bit lightweight.

Nah, you’d lead me astray with your bars, DJ ing and all that soul music. You young people!
Storm bloody Therese or something today. Glad we’re not actually on the coast.
That apart it’s been great. Gran Tarajal is brilliant. Excellent restaurants with great views in a real town as opposed to a tourist complex.

Glad O’Donnell has been offered a contract extension. Well deserved.

Enjoy your weekend. Don’t envy you that Wetherspoon’s breakfast but here’s hoping for the right result to complete your trip.
Didn't do Spoons in the end. Satdeh breakfast was in Brenda's cafe on London Road. Excellent. Sunday ended up being a liquid breakfast in the Neppy followed by a rather wonderful Shepherd's pie for lunch at the Brunswick accompanied by a pint of the Usual as brewed on the premises.

Good decision I’d imagine. Used to use ‘Spoons’ as a kick off point for staff nights out but it had few virtues, beyond the price, imo…especially where the ‘food’ was concerned.
Nowadays I just don’t want to line Tim Martin’s pockets and it probably doesn’t help that it used to be my bank about 50 years ago in the days when I had no money.

There's always the Babington, a Spoons but not a former bank. Apparently, the Bab is getting a change of ownership some time this year and will no longer be a Spoons.

Brenda's is excellent. Often used by Steve Kirky.
