I can't believe Nasas Moon mission isnt hitting the headlines more. Due to launch 1st April and will take humans further than ever before.

As someone who wasn't around when they 1st went i think its exciting, even got my boarding pass which means my name gets to go around the moon too.

Way back when, I stayed up all night to watch the moon landings. There are those who say they never happened. All done in a Hollywood studio, they say.

Since the Indian moon probe of a couple of months back where they took photos of the remains of 2 Apollo relaunch pods, exactly where they were left all those years ago, there's been a lot less pooh-poohing of the moon landings.

There’s enough ‘SithHappening’ on planet Earth without your name going to the moon…besides you’ve just made me feel very old…I was 15 for that first landing in July 1969.

I didn't even know this was happening. I've been to Mission Control in Houston, it's very impressive, tho the highlight of the tour was seeing our 1st Texas Longhorn cattle in a field beside it!
Enjoy you time on the dark side of the moon

Didn’t Trump dismiss this mission, saying we did it fifty years ago and claiming that the Moon was part of Mars?

Nothing would surprise me with Trump. Pity they can't take him and launch him out the window when they get there.

That's what I mean it seems very low key.

He's been in discussions with Venus and they will surrender imminently!

Yes me too Sith, it was no mean feat what they did all those years ago. Going to see what footage of this new mission will be available...

Talk show over here. They were discussing the talks Iran said weren't taking place. The Dutch for negotiationsmis "onderhandling". One of the guests said (in Dutch, I'm translating for you), Obviously he's "onderhandling" with himself. To which another quipped "despite getting caught by his mother, quite often".

                        That made I smile.

With current petrol prices I feel like they are currently going where no man has gone before (honest!)...

Back to the mission, looks like Nasa's official YouTube account will livestream the event, so bookmark it in anticipation:
