Reissued 95/96 home shirt

Supposedly available online and in the store from 8 this morning. Online opened at 07:55 and sold out by 07:59. In store, at 08:03 there was only a handful of 2XL shirts left. There are, if online messages are to be believed, very many upset customers still wanting the shirt.

It was 65 quid. I fully expect copies to be on FB Marketplace and eBay etc in the course of the day. Wouldn't be surprised to see knock offs availabe for less than 20 notes online any time soon.

Can't help but think that the club has managed some bad PR on this.

They have announced they are going to produce more.

Its a clever marketing ploy, maybe not up there with Tracy Island, but the fact it sold out is likely to have got more headlines than the product going up for sale in the first place. Probably got more people interested in buying one now than was in the first place.
