I'm shocked by some of the things you see in these old matches. Throws and free kicks taken from the correct place rather than 15 yards upfield. What were they doing back then at corners? Absolutely zero all in wrestling. Int nostalgia grand?

Do you mean to say corners were taken from within the quarter-circle as opposed to just outside it with the ball casting a shadow on the white line? Disgraceful

Even then there were players who knew that ALL of the ball had to be over ALL of the line and acted accordingly.
