Back on Nigel, he surfaced on X.com yesterday alongside Richard Tice expressing more support for his misogynistic, homophobic candidate in the upcoming by-election.

Reform have said his comments are just locker room banter and they don't really care what he has said.

Straight out of the Trump playbook. That is, genuinely, not surprising.

I know you were…but Swale wasn’t. I’d lay the blame for the ‘sub prime meltdown’ at the ‘feet’ of irresponsible mortgage lenders, irresponsible bankers and greedy, gullible borrowers…anyway this thread is about the mirage that is Farage so we seem to have drifted off topic.

Anyway, back on topic. Apparently dear old Nige has been more than a little miffed by Elon Musk voicing his support for Rupert Lowe’s Restore Britain Party. Mr. Mirage has allegedly warned Musk not to divide the Right and not to get involved in British Politics!
I know Lowe is no better than Farage, but honestly…you really couldn’t make it up.

Apparently he claims he knew nothing about it. Lying really comes so easy to him.

No wonder hes hiding from the media right now.
How do you know he isnÂ’t telling the truth?

Balance of probabilities. Plus who doesn't know if a CCJ has been issued against them?

Probably forgot, like he did when he claimed never to have met Reforms Russian stooge.

Plus…such a judgement, for the sum of 9,400 pounds is on record as having been made on 13th June 2024. The excuse for non payment seems to be that it was sent to the wrong address.

As I said…the old ones are the best!

Because obviously he wouldn't set up mail forwarding.

After a brief bit of Sherlock Holmesing of the previous few pages, combined with other topics over the years, I discovered where 'Nigel' is. To use a modern phrase, not one Iespecially like but needs must, he's 'Living rent free in your heads'.

I don't have the analysis tools I once had as mod, but I've no doubt he's the most talked about person since the 'putting the world to rights' threads started here Not sure which poster has referred to him most, but 3rd July sees the tenth anniversary of the first reference to him by current posters, surprise surprise rA with a nine-adjective put down

And of course. something we can all agree on, love him or loath him its not made the slightest bit of difference

Odd post. I won’t call it ‘silly’ because I know you don’t like that…but if you think he’s simply living in any one’s head you’re sadly mistaken and more gullible than I thought.

The man is a menace, a self serving narcissistic bully who has probably caused more damage to our country over the last decade or so than any other single individual.

I couldn’t actually care less who mentioned him first, but if, as you suggest, it was me then that’s not something I’m going to apologise for.
3rd July 2016 seems a little unlikely as, if memory serves, the Referendum had happened by then, but if it’s as you say, I was right then…and I’m right now. If you can’t see it that’s your problem, but the fact that people like you don’t want to see it means it’s probably going to be everyone’s before things get better.

P.S. Incidentally, for the record, OTR mentioned Farage before me. I didn't start the Brexit/Farage thread, Manofpride did…and we’d all do well to take note of TamworthRam’s warning…also on the 3rd July.

You seriously believe the moved house excuse? Most people forward mail, and in his position he definitely would.

You don't strike me as being gullible.
