You need to do your research a bit better, all such mail can be refused without penalty to the recipient. Of course there's still a cost involved, that being to Royal Mail and onwards to those who use the mail, whether or not they resort to such pettiness. This protects in particular smaller businesses who's ability to service such fees due to, let's say, competitor action, could bankrupt them

When have I ever said he wasn't a smart operator? He is also a grifting, self serving, dishonest, immoral, **** stirring troublemaker paid for by ex pat billionaires (and also the tax payer for his MP's salary for which he does sweet FA for his constituents). Probably very few will be influenced by whats said on her show, though there is a tendency given the incestuous nature of the media for various quotes to appear in the media and on social media slanted towards whichever angle the relevant media org or commentator wishes.
