Yes I think it will, all depends on how many ‘far right’ (ie right-leaning) have been doing the usual and not showing their hand until they vote

more significant imo is the level Restore have got to from a standing start. Remember your comment about family members feeling ok to be racist? Well such people clearly ‘walk amongst us’

Not actually sure you do think in the light of some of your posts! Still good to see you ahve the time to be pedantic, but not to condemn Farage's rabble rousing, misinformation and lies. There again maybe your one of those who laughing thinks there is anti-white bias?

So, let’s compare and contrast. Recently I made a simple daft mistake, GP points it out in a semi sarcastic way and I take it on the chin with a simple ‘oops’

then You make a similar daft mistake, I point it out in a similar manner and you respond by trying to deflect by taking me to task then getting political about things

you really need to lighten up pal, I know lefties struggle with humour but make an effort!

                  • Apparently racist Sarah thinks England not doing well is the cause of domestic abuse.

Surprised they are bothered considering farage thinks beating your female partner up is acceptable anyway

Apparently she’s right, it’s been independently researched and reported on in the past, do you have access to Google?

You've made a number of daft mistakes, such as taking me to task for suggesting that your supposed Iranian friends were a little premature to be happy about Trump attacking Iraq, hows that going for you? By the way I'm not your pal either, I tend not to associate with people who make statements that are racist, bigoted and based on ignorance and prejudice.

I doubt you know "lefties" (whoever they may be, even you with your usual simplistic view of the world, must know its rather meaningless term as you have used it) struggle with a sense of humour, but then I guess you think anyone to the left of you on the political spectrum is a "leftie", which rather proves my point about how far to the right many of your views are. I don't class you as far right, but your a good example of a "good German", oh sorry you don't actually understand that term do you, to subtle for you.

Ah well as I've said before in the kingdom of the blind, the one eyed man is king.

Indeed, though it also happens when England do well, though not to such an extent. Though it comes over as crass, to say I hope England keep winning, rather than suggest that perhaps in all circumstances men should refrain from hitting or otherwise abusing women. But then I guess when a signifciant number of the people your party's leader urged out on to the streets, turn out to either have convictions or been investigated for domestic abuse, GBH, child abuse and other ***ual offences against woemn and girls, I guess its asking to much to expect an MP to make a sensible comment about this issue? I note a founding member of "Raise the Colours" has recently been arrested for murder, mm and you were so quick to jump in and defned these people.

It speaks volumes about you, that rather than question the nature of the MP's comments, your response was to look clever by pointing out that what she said was true, just a shame she felt the solution was for England to keep winning eh?

Farah Nazeer, chief executive of Women’s Aid, said: “Football does not cause domestic abuse – it is a choice that is made by the abuser, time and again, regardless of whether a team wins or loses a match.

“Research tells us that domestic abuse does rise during championships, but this is the case whether the team wins or loses.

“It is irresponsible to suggest that a team’s success is responsible for whether a man commits domestic abuse or not.

“We also know that it is a pattern of behaviour that repeats and escalates over time, and not something that happens as a result of one match.

“Whether England wins, loses or draws, no woman or child should live in fear of that final whistle blow."

A spokesperson for the charity Refuge said: “Refuge is deeply concerned by a highly inappropriate social media post from Sarah Pochin MP suggesting that England should win more men’s football World Cup matches to reduce domestic abuse.

                              • Interesting bye election result. Burnham won, no surprise. Right wing split didn't make any difference. Green less than 1% of vote - no protest vote this time. Libdem even less. The clock is ticking KS
