We couldn't handle their press in the League Cup game. How they failed to score more than the one they got is a mystery. We have an improving side with new signings and players coming back from injury but, are we good enough to win away to the team 2nd in the table with 3 wins and a draw to their name. I don't think we are. 2-0 home win. Nat Philips MOTM.

A lot of changes to the squad, a bedding in period inevitable. Not the time to play a top team on their muck heap.

2nd time inside a few weeks that we've been outplayed by them yet come home with the spoils. Daylight robbery at its very best. They wuz robbed. They came close to getting the first with a corner, taken with the ball a foot outside the quadrant, headed goalwards by one of theirs, saved on the line by one of theirs, Mowatt who was actually offside when the ball was headed. No signal from the lino for the offside, however. They hit the bar. Apart from that their shots (18 to our 4) were either off target or competently dealt with by JWZ. Outr goal was our one shot on target.

Defended too deep first half, 10 to 15 yards further forward 2nd half which made a difference.

Agyemang assist for Weimann's first Derby goal for 7 years. Thank you Carlsberg.
