    But
I definitely see a shifting in this, due mainly to again the new stadium(getting boring now),the sacking of a decent manager and a strange choice of replacement.
The only way I see change tho is
They walk or we have a rich fan willing to stop the rot.
The life is slowly draining out the club just now and it could get much worse.

Hearing there is a plan B now.

      Errol. 😢

Club is a mess I'm led to believe but I ain't blaming it on the manager.......rather than Elvis selling Nelms a pup I believe Nelms and WGS have sold Elvis a pup.

You can't have a man as a leader who has zero respect for his customers.....zero.

Nobody is daft enough to have stoor blown up their arse these days when it comes to provincial Scottish football clubs.....so I don't need telling me how incredible Dundee fans are every 5 mins ( we ain't and this isn't DUPO ) but he rarely communicates it's almost as if fan base gets in the way of him squandering keys money......mind scooby doo.....if it wasn't for those pesky kids......if it wasn't for those pesky fans.

The way I see it.....planning permission, build it and get new owners is probably least worst option.

No planning raises serious concerns of moving out of town or tannadice as a shell of a club.

Where is DSA, where is D4L.....still nodding along, yes John, no John, that's great John.

Elvis will get the blame in pretty quick time but there is at least signs people are looking beyond the manager and asking questions.

You are getting as bad as shedka 🤣 and don't worry about our finances Dode ...but then you lot know how to go down a whole or two eh 😇.. and my being on here actually got you all to speak about dfc...usually its politics..non existent stadiums ...islays never ending waffle about everything...but if you can be honest and tell me that this forum actually posts about dfc match days etc ...well..think before you drink before you post 👍

DSA has always been a total farce as the main conduit between fans and Nelmsy - bunch of sycophants enjoying the tiny scraps he feeds them, better disbanding the whole thing.

D4Life was the victim of a campaign to discredit it by Nelms / DSA and lost most of its members which allowed Nelms to say it doesn't represent enough individuals to be relevant whilst conveniently forgetting that DSA doesn't actually represent any individuals. It's getting very close (IMO) to the point where the people that abandoned D4Life will be looking at it and, just like you've done here, will start asking where it is an what it's doing. Too little too late, those fans wanted this and they've got it - morons.

Ideal time for DSA to go on a membership drive and try to become large enough to start insisting on their rights. I doubt they will though because just like DSA they seem to have settled for the level of recognition Nelms has deigned to give them.

The infamous hold his feet to the fire meeting.

Scott Glenday said "we will still be talking in 5 years, time to act is now".....proved correct

Shaded " you have to stand up to the school bully or be permanently bullied ".....proved correct

Islay put in his tuppenceworth....on a more technical issue.

When they were on aboot building bridges I pointed oot Nelmsy didn't want to meet in the middle he wanted to meet on his side, on his terms and probably what we were having for tea.

Bold talk of solicitors and then within a couple of weeks.....all change.....we want to be as popular with Nelmsy as DSA.

Islay was spot on, Nelms sometimes agrees to talk, if and when it suits him, but he doesn't agree to listen and would certainly never compromise.

The Dee4life board of directors sent an email to all the Dundee Football Club Ltd board of directors including John Nelms and Tim Keyes submitting Kenny Valentine as their Primary representative on the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors at the end of November 2022.
They received a reply on 7th December 2022 which was full of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes (probably American grammar and spelling) signed Dundee FC Ltd which stated that the nomination of Kenny Valentine as the Dee4life Primary representative was a hostile act which would dealt with under the Club’s Articles of Incorporation (another American term).
I stated that the Dee4life board of directors should send a further email back to all the Dundee Football Club Limited directors including Nelms and Keyes insisting that Kenny Valentine was elected to the DFC Ltd board of directors under rules 79-82 of the Dundee Football Club Limited Articles of Association.
Unfortunately I was outvoted as the Vice Chairman of Dee4life who had previously been one of the instigators of the Open Letter Group wanted to try to have dialogue with Nelms instead of enforcing the rules for the nomination of the Dee4life Primary representative on the DFC Ltd board of directors.
That was the beginning of the end for me as a Dee4life Director and I resigned less than two months later because the Open Letter Group directors were not prepared to stand up and do what they said they would do at the Dee4life AGM in November 2022.
They just wanted to ‘kick the can down the road’ and do nothing.

But they might be a very useful organisation in the fullness of time. I support them, but I fear I am in a minority. I don't understand the basis of the longstanding hostility that this particular group of Dees faces.

The members of the Open Letter Group who joined the Dee4life board of directors initially as non executive directors (I think that is the correct term) before being elected full directors were in my opinion a disappointment as they voted on ‘party lines’ instead of what was good for the Dee4life members they were supposed to represent.

The Dee4life board of directors should be heavily promoting that any Dundee FC supporter can join Dee4life whereas only Dundee FC supporters who join a Dundee FC supporters club will come under the auspices of the DSA providing your supporters club is affiliated to the DSA.
The DSA committee stated in late 2023 that they would no longer hold meetings with the Dee4life board of directors as their constitutions bars them from having meetings with anyone who has threatened to take legal action against Dundee Football Club.
This is another myth as prior to the DSA AGM on 31st August 2024 I received a copy of the latest DSA constitution and despite reading it from the beginning to the end there was nothing in the DSA constitution which explicitly states that the DSA committee members must not hold meetings with anyone who has threatened to take legal action against Dundee Football Club.
In my opinion it is more likely that Nelms has told the DSA committee members that if they have any further meetings with the Dee4life board of directors the DSA will lose their privileges in Gardyne and Dundee Football Club.

There should only be one Dundee Football Club supporters group. There are not enough Dundee FC supporters regularly attending home games to justify both Dee4life and the DSA. With the current cutbacks and poor performances by the team the number of Dundee FC supporters regularly attending home games each season will continue to fall.
It is easy to stop attending Dundee FC home games but it is difficult to restart attending them again.
I was an armchair Dundee FC supporter for 28 years from 1981 until December 2009.

When you promise one thing at an AGM and then do the exact opposite,,,,all trust is lost.

The main reason I resigned as a Dee4life director in the middle of January 2023 was that there was a majority of the Dee4life directors in favour of not immediately telling the members what was the outcome of their nomination of Kenny Valentine as their Primary representative on the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors. Instead they said that they would tell the Dee4life members at the beginning of February 2023.
In the end after continually delaying the announcement the members were told in a newsletter at the end of September 2023, over eight months after the vote amongst the Dee4life directors.
By then Dee4life members were not renewing their annual membership and in my opinion the directors who voted against immediately not telling the members in the middle of January 2023 are to blame.
