Has Dundee Football Club received the fees for Cameron & Mulligan ?
If not, then Rangers and Hibs should not be allowed to play these players until the fees are received.

Stupid system which favours buying club.

Other than accepting the offers ( I presume they have to offer ) I doubt there's much he can do apart from make a fuss in the press....and he's hopeless at that.

Give him a pass on this.

The development fees are probably being decided by the SPFL Independent tribunal.
