    At Gallagher centre today.

    4 looked foreign.

Must be worth their while to sit in the pouring rain.

I always have concerns that those with a bit of dementia or heading that way and the elderly are easy targets for these types.

I'd say 1 was mildly aggressive.....no with me but aulder woman shuffling past on a Zimmer.

You'd think these wasters cud be moved on.

There was also a big issue seller which at least is a sale.

In March 2017 I had a hospital appointment at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.
Prior to my appointment I put in time in the centre of Paisley which had a lot of beggars who had a swarthy appearance and looked like they came from Eastern Europe.
The U.K. was still in the EU in March 2017.
A police officer later told me that the centre of Paisley was full of professional beggars who are dropped off by car before the shops open and collected again by car after the shops have closed.
I assume that these were professional beggars in the Gallagher Retail Park.
