I do not understand why Tim Keyes and his American investors are prepared to put up with Nelms squandering their funds on continual payoffs of managers and staff with nothing to show for their annual outlay.

The stadium is why, imo. Get that done and things will change dramatically, imo.

When planning permission is granted Nelms will move over to that full time.

Yes, that's what I think will happen. Needs a lot of effort to get this built and I would hope that this is already in place.

When Tim Keyes purchased a majority shareholding in August 2013 there was no mention of a new stadium.
The new stadium development only happened because the joint venture with Dundee City Council for a huge new regional training centre at Caird Park collapsed thanks to interference by that Green woman Maggie Chapman and Dundee City Council having insufficient funds for their share of the Caird Park venture.
Dark Blues Property Holdings Limited was set up on 28th May 2015 which was over a year before Tim Keyes purchased the 29.7 acres site of the former NCR Camperdown playing fields on 8th July 2016.
