In my experience of being in his company and his subsequent posts on here, I don?t think ?happy? or ?happier? would appear to be a pronoun in any bio of his😉

I stated at the AGM that we have wasted three years and lost about 300 members because a majority of Dee4life directors wanted to try and have dialogue with John Nelms which has been a total failure.
I stated at the AGM last Saturday that Dee4life were entitled to a Primary representative on the Dundee FC board of directors which Nelms could not prevent.
I also stated that Nelms could block the first three people nominated by the Dee4life board of directors but Nelms could not block the name of the fourth person nominated.
One person at the meeting who was a Dee4life director in December 2022 disputed my facts at the AGM and made the mistake of going head to head with me.
This is the same Dee4life Director who wanted to try to have dialogue with John Nelms instead of going back to Nelms after Nelms stated that the nomination of Kenny Valentine as the Dee4life primary representative on the Dundee Football Football Club Limited board of directors was a hostile act which would be dealt with under the Club?s Articles of Incorporation (an American term).

I don't think it is as simple as you say, however, what about encouraging the D4L board to go through the channels and see what happens?

As you know I supported the talking to John Nelms approach. I would now support an approach that did not include him.

Don't doubt you would.

Anybody who thinks nelms is gonna include the wider support in anything bar season tic sales is deluded.

That's why I was wondering if the guy who was debating with Islay has seen the error of his ways.

Dee4life need to take a different direction, maybe they are entitled to a seat on the board, Nelms doesn?t want them on it, they don?t have the finances to put in a legal challenge so maybe time to shelve that one and start doing something to get fans back in side

Don't think that's a practical approach, however, ignoring John Nelms might be something to think about.

Can't do that. To become a director of a football club you have to be proposed to the SFA by the club and the SFA conduct a fit and proper person assessment.

Not much of an assessment in all honesty - cue the troll.
