Since D4L AGM........and nothing.......surely no again.

This time, hopeful that D4L will find themselves a way to help our club. As we see from the OF, a house divided against itself is weak. Our weakness/strength varies almost from week to week depending on the results. Only split just now seems to be between supporters and John Nelms, imo. That's not so harmful if manager, team and fans are stick8ng together.

Think D4L are trying to find ways to avoid confrontation with John Nelms and build up their relationship with the fans.

New stadium might be the key issue for our owners.

New stadium? I honestly see no serious intent by them regarding a new stadium.

Do not think their intention was to fool anyone. They were unable to find any dialogue with John Nelms and that forced a rethink. Building their membership seems to me to be a good idea, but it's difficult to move on from decisions that were taken in the past, and still are brought up as though the same people are in place.

It looks to me that D4L may be about to march up to the top of the hill and march straight down again for the 2nd time.

I know that.

He in my opinion has run various aspects of the clubs interactions with the supporters appallingly......now there seems to be a slight change......coinciding with the new SLO apps.

How long this will last.....who knows.....but history suggests not long.

I want D4l to do what they said 3 years ago and from what I'm told said at the latest meeting and hold nelms to account.

Well if that's D4L best effort..( read the members update )...they are pretty much toothless.

Years of fannying aboot doing nothing, getting nowhere as far as I can see.

Anyway saves me the bother of rejoining.

But ken where to go if I want a couple of months old match report. 🙄
