    Never scored enough v zaire.

3 pts and very poor GD......might/might no cut it this time.

Can't see anything v the Africans or Brazil......but I wonder if they need a PT now.

Haiti looked the better side for much of the match. Scotland got there but it wasn't a convincing, or even deserved, win. In all honesty that Scotland team isn't looking likely to get another point against much better quality opposition than Haiti, but then of course neither is the Haiti team.

Both Morocco and Brazil bankers to win their next games so no chance Brazil will go into the game against Scotland with a relaxed attitude - they'll be after the win to top the group.

Scotland to finish third but it's going to come down to how many they lose by in the next two games. I think they're capable of keeping the scores down below embarrassing levels, and might get a goal, but for me they're not getting another point and I reckon it'll most likely be another GD elimination.

Sort of hoping that in a couple of the groups the bottom two teams draw against each other leaving both on a single point and in another two the team in third with a likely 3 points gets a good humping in their other two games. I agree, though, that we could be looking at a 1974 scenario without the two draws.

Spot on. Think there might be some referee decisions that go against us. Hanley had two incidents in our penalty box. Think we will see much more vociferous claims for Var to get involved. What has been changed in how it is being used? Is Scotland out of step with the way it is supposed to be used?

As we saw toward the end of last season, VAR in Scotland is run by incompetents for the benefit of two specific clubs so yes Scotland is very much out of step with how it's supposed to be used.

Var is implemented by screeching maniacs in Scotland then defended by a bald goggleyed loon.

Check oot the USA woman's clear and precise communication with the Muppets on the itv panel.

I'd go get her to run our VAR.
