Your previous majority owner Stephen Thompson having previously sold all the DAB’s land around Tannadice including the stadium was keen to ground share at the new stadium at Campy Nou.Originally posted by ROMA84 View PostAsk yourself the question. Would you as a builder take on the job of building a new stadium knowing there is a chance of not getting paid and fighting in the court to be offered £6 for every £100 due?

The inference is that maybe the decision to invest in a new stadium might have been influenced by the possibilities for a ground sharing arrangement. Speculation on my part, but that's what I thought he was implying. No proof, just gossip.Originally posted by ROMA84 View Postwhat is that to do with my enquiry?

When your current Mark Ogren took over he stated that the DABS were remaining at Tannadice whereas before Stephen Thompson had not made the same commitment.Originally posted by ROMA84 View Postmmmm no proof, just gossip, thats the dundee way
It had also been posted on a Dundee FC supporters forum that John Nelms was spotted coming out of Tannadice on a non match day when Stephen Thompson was in charge of the DABS.

Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited owners of the Campy Nou site have nothing to do with Dundee Football Club Limited apart from having two common directors.Originally posted by ROMA84 View PostAsk yourself the question. I will now try to explain things in simple terms for you.
John Nelms and Timothy Keyes are directors of both Dundee Football Club Limited and Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited.
Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited has nothing to do with Dundee Football Club Limited apart from John Nelms and Timothy Keyes being common directors of both companies.

I enclose details of an article dated 26th December 2023 where John Nelms was interviewed after the end of the home game against Celtic stated that it was costing £250,000 per annum to run Dens Park. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/67824304
Nelms has previously stated that it costs £700,000 per annum to run Dens Park so it would be interesting to know which figure is correct.
