Comes across as a fairly calm and composed figure and Ken's it's aboot winning football matches.....he's no done much wrong for the Kerry on some folk are still having.

No need for the tin hat, can't disagree with any of your post. Imo you've got to give the guy a chance to prove himself. We'll probably still be signing players late into August and the new side will have to gel. November and December are the important months with the number of league games set for those months. If we are adrift at the end of the year and playing crap then the lynch mob can have free rein.
