Got my letter in to get flu jag......date not suitable so rather than use portal I decide to phone to get another.
Appt was for 6th Dec.......shud be easy as I'm fairly flexible ( think it's the golf 😄 )....so.
Phone.
4 mins or just over.... to get the don't abuse staff, survey at end, telling me about a portal that I've already decided I'm not using and telling me they are busy in the morning and early in the week so better to phone pm and later in week....but if I really want to hang on .....I then get choices.
I get thru to someone who must be related to Graham Norton....sounds like him

Ok but first.....name, DOB, NI number....I'll accept that but there is a ref number on letter what's the point of ref if it's valid for her haw.....but as I say ok
Then " do i need an interpreter to continue conversation "
