On trial for battering some Rangers guy in Glasgow and causing serious gbh. Pleading not guilty so who knows! The thing though is that he spent 6 years at the dump as a player and only about a year with us as manager (still can't figure out if Elvis is a worse manager) but the DCT headline in the tully is in massive capitals "ex Dundee manager" etc. etc. OK there is a much smaller subheadline showing him as an Arab player but to me it is another example of the blatant pro DUFC and anti DFC bias.

Or am I paranoid about it???

No your spot on, hope he gets time, he should have been charged with fraud when he was at Dens
