  • The the Rangers (home)

This board is strangely quiet these days. Surprised to see no match thread on the morning of a home game against the sevconians.

I've no idea who's fit after the weekend and I've no idea who should be in the starting line up as so many of our squad are currently off form or underperforming for some unknown reason.

What I do know is that we will need to vastly up our game from our usual home performance or we'll be 3-0 by half time. Rangers are nowhere near what we expect from a team of that name, but our home form has been stinking, especially first half performances, and they have players who can and will score. So we need to be at it 100% from the start.

I totally get why the board seems quite..it's hard to get excited about a game when we are clearly in a rut and there is no obvious solution. The only thing that we have consistently done recently is start slow and then spend the rest of the game trying to claw something back after going a goal down. I think that a lot of fans are rightly scunnered!

I think that a pretty standard 3-0 defeat without laying a glove on a very poor Rangers team without them even getting out of second gear is on the cards.

I would love this game to be the catalyst for a change in our fortunes with the performance that our fan base deserves but I just don't see it.

I'll try and end on a positive....that new black strip is lovely and hopefully Santa has it on his list for a load of us!

Take the Falkirk game when they went two up relatively early in the game you just knew United weren't coming back in that match. Goodwin for how much he has achieved has still not got a team when they go behind you know they have chance of coming back in the match. It would help if he would setup teams to play to score goals and not just nullify the opposition.

I can't help but think the experiment to recoup money in transfer dealings is having an effect. Also with the bid for Ferry being thrown out, who clearly wants away, it just seems us fans have seen this story not all that long ago. Throw in a keeper who throws them in and it is Groundhog Day again.

Games being played at the weekend other than the usual Saturday 3pm, then Scottish officials becoming the centre of attention with VAR means a lot of folk quite rightly are saying phuck this.

The Rangers will hopefully make us raise our game but the apathy around United and who they play will determine how we play is a shortcoming that we cannot seem to shake off.

Some goal from Zac there. Incredible.
When did we last see a United striker run from his own half and dink the keeper at the end 😎🧡

So VAR doesn't even look at a handball at one end but takes less than 10 seconds to confirm a penalty at the other.

Scottish football is corrupt. Absolutely corrupt.

Absolute disgrace and not a surprise - 😦

That ref is the same as when we didn?t get the goal v Hibs last season.

Something is really rotten to the core

This side just can't win games for some reason, we literally had a simple pass in the corner to keep possession and see it out.

Phuck off you cheating barstewards. If Scottish football wants to improve next season they have to bring in foreign officials for a season. Then we can have a clear view of what the shower of sh!tes of Scottish officiating are like. As Christian said many years ago,............... that applies to SFA officials.

In the last season before VAR came in, how many penalties were given, compared to when VAR is in play?

Absolutely f*cking stitched up there by bent officials, Scottish football is totally f*cked!!

This is Mike McCurry levels of cheating,it's a f*cking disgrace.

We absolutely deserved to win that tonight,I'm too angry for words!

Tell me the difference between the Rangers defenders handball tonight and Scales on Sunday against Hibs. Hutton and Mulgrew on Premier Sports are going on about earlier in the season that might have been given. Sunday was three days ago.

It's never going to change, this kind of sh*t depresses the f*ck out of me. It's making an already uneven playing field impossible for teams like ours. Totally f*cking stitched up and absolutely nothing will be done about it.

I thought we were excellent tonight apart from the period right after our opener where we just sat back and invited pressure. We have to keep playing on the front foot because going forward we were excellent. Fatah was superb tonight, unplayable at times and Sapsford was excellent too. Watters is going to be a good player for us if we can keep him fit. Defence did well mostly, especially second half but with 20 seconds to go that ball should have found itself in the f*cking stand!
                          Absolutely f*cking sick right now!

Thought we played really well in spells during that game. We need to start doing that against our immediate opposition. When we went a goal up...we then sat back....we need to get that out our system ASAP. A lot to be positive about, but a point against Sevco will be worth feck all if we don't start beating the teams about us.
Reset and go again..we need wins and we need fighters because we are dicing with a relegation battle when we need to be securing a top 6 position!
