Disagree ,I thought we did well with the players missing against a very expensively assembled Aberdeen side who have been in good form domestically especially at home (think they beat Hearts recently up there) , restricted them to very few chances and game plan was working well, Richards cost us, we still could have got something after that but new keeper required as we all know

That was f*cking terrible from Richards, honest to f*ck why cant we just get a decent keeper? A Sunday league keeper holds on to that ffs! More points thrown away! Yeah I'm angry now definitely 😤

Doesn't matter what they cost. They were there for the taking.

What makes me angry is that time and time again Goodwin sets us up only to play when we concede.

Regardless, we win that game with a proper keeper.

Overall it?s a decent point but very frustrating how the point came about!

Massive bugbear of mine is keepers moaning at defenders when they have spilled a shot or made an error! Richards moaning at the defenders did my brain in?.you spilled an easy shot ya clown!

Im trying not to take any blame away from the keeper, but the scorer strolled past a static Esselink to get on the ball! In fact, most of the defence were static at that point.

                  Stat.

We have now lost 15 points from a winning position. The most in the league and if we'd have held on to those winning positions(was never ever going to happen)we'd be 3rd in the league.

It was a shot the keeper should have held but instead popped it right back into the goalmouth, I doubt there was much Esselink could have done tbh, you expect your keeper to deal with that better pure and simple.

Yea and we would have but for Richards, quite easy to see that

I get the argument about players missing, but in the end we still put out a side that should be performing a lot better than that. Graham has been absent for most of the season now, so it is hardly a new problem.
The bigger issue for me is that we simply cannot play football. We struggle to string two or three passes together, we foul constantly which completely kills any so called counter attacking style, and when we do have the ball there is no desire to switch play or move it quickly. The movement off the ball is poor across the team.
We never look like a side that wants to impose itself on a game. Instead we try to match the opposition and hope to sneak a point or the odd win. There is no ambition to take control or dominate any match.
I am honestly finding it hard to enjoy watching us right now, which feels mad when you consider the players we have, especially Sapsford and Fatah. Something has to change because this approach is going nowhere.

JG must be starting to look at his jotters. Every excuse has been used and still the same same.

2 GK on the bench ?
Esselink a bomb scare. 2 big ones before the goal and was his man who beat him to the rebound. Not good enough.
Watters contributes nothing of any note and loses too much possession.

You know we just beat Celtic right? Should have beat Sevco too, could have beat Hibs and Sheep too. I get we are under achieving but it's not as bad as all that really. A lot to improve on but we've endured much worse in recent times.

There seems to be uproar across the boards about 2 keepers being on the bench yesterday, honestly? What's the big deal? We were very light on bodies,it's not rocket science.

I saw another stat last week that said we had won the most points from losing positions which says something about JG tactics.

Last night was another example of only starting to play after Aberdeen got their inevitable equaliser given we were allowing them to keep coming at us and trying to hold on to what was a first half breakaway goal against the run of play. A Aberdeen are not worlbeaters. It was tactics that handed them the initiative in play.

JG said he is tired of draws. It would help if he tried to a win the game them maybe it wouldn't be a draw.
