Hmm I was in the shed when we beat Aberdeen over last festive season and again when we beat them in the last game to secure our European spot, so I think you might be talking scheiteOriginally posted by Dode craigie View PostWhy do you give the shed to The Rangers , celtic , Aberdeen and hearts then ? The answer is simple you cant sell it out yourselves unless its against the Superdees from up the road

It feels like a combination of too many factors and JG is not focusing on what players do well.
Its like he has tried to over educate them to a stage of mental spasmosis where they simply stare open eyed into the eyes of an oncoming bus.
Too many players look constrained from their natural games.
JG has been incapable of change during the games to really affect the outcomes. He has a strong squad but doesnt play it well.
The back 3 are so rotten the ladies should play, but in fairness i see Iovu is improving, maybe not fast enough and maybe not in the right direction under JG.

Think we shouldn't over analyse it, Bert had a stinker and looked a nervous wreck from the start, that transferred to others in defence, and his extremely slow pace showed with the daft header by Camara, right on half time, worst time to lose a goal
Graham starts and the result is different, still should have got something

My thinking is that JG probably wanted to give Graham a bit longer recovery, no idea why SCH can't get in ahead of that clown though.Originally posted by TerryTheTerror View PostI think a draw would have been harsh on the fun. We were terrible from start to finish. If someone can explain to me why Bert starts any games for us when we have Graham & SCH on the bench, I'm all ears.

Only thing I can think of is Bert had played the centre of the three a lot, he n likely didn't want to use SCH in the centre of the three, Iovu had been very good RCB recently and KK been decent LCB, using SCH would have meant one of the others moving to the centre of the three
Sums up our misfortune this season that Graham wasn't fit enough to start in this game

I get it,but Bert has had far too many chances and SCH could not possibly be a worse option. If Jim can't see that then that genuinely worries me.Originally posted by shedka View PostOnly thing I can think of is Bert had played the centre of the three a lot, he n likely didn't want to use SCH in the centre of the three, Iovu had been very good RCB recently and KK been decent LCB, using SCH would have meant one of the others moving to the centre of the three

No what it is says is Goodwin is fixated with 343. He has his favourites like Sevelj, playing midfield when he was stinking. Drops him and he comes on against Celtic and does well. He plays in midfield next week and puts in a great display. This not dropping players is on Goodwin. I want a manager who drops a player who needs dropped, not caring what player it is. Competition for places is what drives better performances from players and the team collectively.Originally posted by shedka View PostOnly thing I can think of is Bert had played the centre of the three a lot, he n likely didn't want to use SCH in the centre of the three, Iovu had been very good RCB recently and KK been decent LCB, using SCH would have meant one of the others moving to the centre of the three
