Yeah, happy enough with Jack back. Hopefully, he gets proper cover.

    "three own goals"

I'd nearly shut that out my memory.
Ok maybe he was a tad unlucky with the one that came back off the post, hit him and then went in 🤣. But there was also the one where he let the attacker head in on the f*cking goal line 😣

I'll bet some keepers go their whole career without that many own goals. Some guy on tek ( bit of a roaster mind) says that Kucherenko just won Goalie of the year in the Greek superleague, I find that absolutely incredible and the only thing I can think is that all the other keepers are about 4'6" and wearing bifocals

We had 2 good seasons with him between the sticks, he's obviously got some love for United too. I'd much rather have him back than another Kucherenko/Birighitti experiment.

Now to sign an older experienced keeper on a one year deal to do a Steve Banks role.

3 year deal. Great signing IMHO.

Dundee United are delighted to announce the return of Jack Walton on a three-year deal from Preston North End, subject to international and SFA clearance. A commanding and dependable presence between...

Naw! But through the season, ive not had a "WTF am i watching here?" like the no better than the clown Ukranian lad, or a jesus wept for the other Aussie!

Im sure i said the keeper situation was horrific again and we really need to get it right this time! Keeping the best of a really bad bunch is not a good starting point!

Also have to remember how a dodgy keeper can affect the defence.
Then again... a dodgy defence, can also affect the keeper.
Unfortunately .... we had both (umpt e e n times)

New established keeper please.(won't need to be brilliant) Club captain for Ross. New leader that can actually shout, dictate and lead.

JR , doing his badges. Worth a chance?

Och... nae idea. But.......... please.. not another season of defending at home, playing on the break. 3-4-3. free crosses in our box all day long, that we can't defend (for obvious reasons)

    1 up front. etc etc.

Still going though, but.... another meh season, and I might not.

Was thinking that myself, I think off top of my head at least 4 goals Richards has padded out to opponents for tap ins, and that's the one's they've put away, did similar against Dundee but Namo saved him, and had a couple of clangers against Rangers at tannadice and ST Mirren sunday that he got away.
