      Incorrect.

You're own club bought 500 tickets to sell for Dens Park hospitality and could only sell 140, hence the large pockets of empty seats in premium areas. As GUNBOAT says, FACT. 👍🏼

You also have the utter farce that is the new Swallow Roundabout with queuing all the way back to Longforgan to see what an utter phucking mess can be created potentially if it’s not done properly. No wonder Transport Scotland have the heebie jeebies. But then again, maybe the Texans should have thought this through before buying the land in the first place………….

              • According to the planning portal Transport Scotland responded in April 2024 with a total of 70 “observations “ in their response to 2 documents.

The Funsters responded with document submitted on 5th March 2025…… 11 months ….……… Mr Nelms perhaps confused as to where delays have occurred.

Current response still seems to be inadequate and ignoring issues previously raised, perhaps explains transport Scotland response today bouncing it back onto the Dees …

                • According to VAR it was a clear and obvious error to submit a plan with a crazy layout of a junction onto the Kingsway

We just need to be very clear from now and always tannadice is not and never will be a ground sharing option

Looks like Nelms is lining up his excuses for pulling out/selling at the end of the season

I?ve always loved the one city two teams ethos and would not want to see the Dees die, however they seem to be self destructing and may have to rebuild Dens because travelling to Perth or Arbroath ain?t a possibility for most supporters

Admin three, buckets and the tablet factory could be coming soon
