Three of the four penalties have been almost identical in nature, a defender swinging his leg to make a clearance and coming into contact with the attacker.. So by my reckoning all three are pens or all three are not. McCann says the two United ones are not pens and the Killie one is. Strange that.

By feck they took a looooong time to verify the goal last night, seemed they were looking for ANY reason to disallow it.

As for the penalty, arms in front of the body ball hits both square on, WTF

I didn't even know there was a var check on the goal? Maybe too busy celebrating but I didn't see or hear anything about a var check. As for the penalty,yeah it was never gonna be given because his arms weren't in an unnatural position and were in tight to his body, if you removed his arms altogether it hits him square in the chest, no pen I'm afraid.

Yeah, it's was never a penalty, at no point did he use his arms to make his shape bigger. Stuff like that is what VAR is for.
