I suppose the fun getting beat and the sheep still rolling around in that barrel of fannies trying to score helps ease the disappointment

Tbh I'm at a bit of a loss to explain that result today. How can we go from having intensity and goal threat to looking like we couldn't score if we played til midnight?
Some very flat individual performances and even the players getting pass marks couldn't lift us. It's not like Killie were great, they didn't need to be because we were utter dross.
And has transfer speculation had an effect on Will Ferry? He's so inconsistent at the moment.

Dolcek and Fatah made way because they done absolute zero when they were on the pitch as did the other 8 outfield players. Goalie gets pass marks and that's it......we were absolute keech💩 and couldn't compete with Killie's physicality plus they were always threatening on the counter attack.Originally posted by Arabs4ever View PostI think Goodwin was right to keep the same team. He would have been crucified if we'd lost and he changed the team. It was just Killie being more game aware than Aberdeen. However when Moller came on, who is a big target man, his options of getting a thundering cross into the box were taken away with Dolcek and Fatah making way.
Never hit the byline today and never got crosses zipping in, inline with the six yard box. However where is the fun if you win all the time? Celtic and their current unrest is fittingly good. It shows how Scottish football has been completely dominated by Celtic yet their fans are upset. The entitlement they think they are due is astonishing and most of all great to view from afar. I'm just gutted that Fergus McCann stepped in to save them.
Think it was a mystery to all with that flat performance but lessons learned i hope and we move to Livi at home.

Yes was flat, poor goals to give away, maybe a wee reminder that this league is tough, there are no easy games where you can expect to win, think it's as tough as it's ever been
Killie had only lost 1 in 5, most teams have been drawing a lot, not many wins or losses
They weren't great of course, I think if that Moller near post flick goes in after 60-65 mins then we maybe get a point but it wasn't our day, summed up by the pen
After scoring atleast 2 in the first 5 league games, first time we've failed to score in all comps
We will need to better, faster and more streetwise next Saturday to avoid a repeat, three points are important
Thought the support were unusually flat today, even from the start, not sure why as we'd been on a good run

Just watched the highlights. It didn't feel like it at the game but we did have decent chances. The second goal was just the type of stupid ****e we've been giving away all season. I thought Moller & Eskessen make a good difference when they came on, we played a bit different and created chances. And it's a good alternative for us this season I think. The penalty was unlucky from Sapsford, it was a good low strike and an excellent save, these things happen. Credit Luca for not giving up and winning it though.Originally posted by Whitfieldarab View PostDolcek and Fatah made way because they done absolute zero when they were on the pitch as did the other 8 outfield players. Ye i looked at the stats after the game and we had 58% possession and 18 shots on goal with 7 on target and Killie had 17 shots at goal with 7 on target. Even though we had more possession I felt we huffed and puffed a large percentage of that. Too many players had an off day, especially Ferry (who got mom🫣Originally posted by TerryTheTerror View PostJust watched the highlights. . Ye the 2nd goal was typical of our defensive frailties this season. Hopefully Graham is back soon as I can see him coming straight in for either Iovu or Kerestes. Those 2 are great on the ball but their man marking is terrible.

What a disappointment, was really looking forward to the match after recent performances. Absolute zero tempo in the first half, and persisted in playing the same way for 55 minutes to absolute no effect, Killie just kept their shape and picked us off, was a stroll for them in all honesty.
Not watched any of the match back, but two more goals conceded, despite the keeper being our only ok performer. Maybe if we'd got the subs on before the second goal we might have turned it round, but given so many poor individual performances I doubt it. Lovu slowed a lot of our build up out from the back.

Kerestes is great on the ball, switches off at times unfortunately which is costly, if he could iron that out his game he could be a superb player. Lovu is limited on the ball.Originally posted by Whitfieldarab View PostYe i looked at the stats after the game and we had 58% possession and 18 shots on goal with 7 on target and Killie had 17 shots at goal with 7 on target.
