Scots off kilter: Liechtenstein humbled: ROI were more Hungary: Wake me up next summer: Luxembourg humbled
Ozleeds (OEOOO) was our top European WCQ tipster with 18 points out of the available thirty and was the only tipster to pick the correct outcomes in all five games. To be fair, you would have scored twelve simply by sticking to the "Home" nations, but there were a few contrarians. Leeds have a lot of them. Just ask Alf.
Calverley (xOOEO), Cherry (OOxEO), Dalek (xOOEO), Totty (OOxEO), Ozwhites (xOxEE) and Stompy (xOOEO) all picked up i5. All used the 2-0 victory in Tirana as the basis for their success. Away snoozefests count double.
No changes at the top other than Ozleeds moving up to join Hopey in a share of the third spot.
No International absenteeism to report.
There were no draws, so Johnny_Default stands firm at 33. Any Strike One, Strike Two or Strike Three posters would've scored nowt for their total lack of effort.
The average active weekly score was 12.75.
The results
(WCQ) Greece v Scotland (3-2)
(WCQ) Liechtenstein v Wales (0-1)
(WCQ) Hungary v ROI (2-3)
(WCQ) Albania v England (0-2)
(WCQ) NI v Luxembourg (1-0)
The next fixtures are out as a separate thread.
All the best. Stay safe!
