Surely we can kick on after the last 4 games?
If you look at results since Bielsa's 2nd season when he took us up, and exclude the season we went down after changing managers numerous times, you will find that Leeds have had excellent results overall when playing in the evening/night. I am not completely sure why. I think during the Bielsa and now Farke eras, the team has been very well trained, fit and prepared. Probably better than the opponent. That was my guess. I also believe playing at Elland road in the night helps, but Leeds do well away in the evenings too. Anyway, I do hope that our evening form is extended into our day games.
I also believe that the system Farke is employing is a 5-3-2 not a 3-5-2. The right and left backs sit pretty deep which is why it was difficult for Leeds to possess the ball in the 1st half of the last 2 matches. There have been several teams which employ(ed) 5 at the back but I am having trouble recalling many who played 2 bona fide strikers up front (nmecha, calvert-leuwin) when using 5 at the back.

Like i said before, Italian football played that style from the national team to all their clubs and were winning everything. Sometimes it was all defense and played with only a lone striker.

Yes, Oz, 5-4-1 is what i have seen. But 5-3-2 with 2 bona fide strikers is not very common. The reason is because you need players to be able to get the ball up the field, i.e. in midfield. With 5-3-2, the 3 midfielders will always be outnumbered. So when attacking, the fullbacks will have to push up practically every single time the team has the ball. Its just a question of numbers. Louis van gaal's Man United team sometimes played with 5-3-2 but I am not sure he played 2 bona fide strikers. United players did not adapt well to that formation and van gaal had to change it. At leeds, Farke has got it to work a little better than van gaal at United. Hopefully, it will continue to be good for the team.
