  • Leeds vs Ac Milan

Missed the first half once again. The side picked is the one that will be playing against Everton, and he isn't making many changes in the second half.
Saw the replay of the goal, and it was a comedy of errors in defence once again.
LB and Stach only new commers still on, with Perri only playing the first half.
Piroe, for all my dislike, is our best and moving well and shooting from anywhere.
Tanaka is next best at moving and creating, also getting into scoring opportunities.
Second half, we are playing much more fluently, creating lots of chances, but the obvious sign of an out-and-out striker is obvious. Ambadu is no answer in the top company, the usual self gets the ball, passes it straight away to someone close rensi and repeats. Longstaff is a worry, doesn't look like he is in furous love triangle. Aaronson on lol
Just as I type this, Stach does a number on their goalkeeper 1- 1.
Gone backwards since subs and nearly had a Meslier moment. Darlow went to catch the ball and slipped through his hands, and diverted over the bar.

    Question marks.
    Rama, what's Farkes' problem?
Bijol is only now coming on?
Harrison on what does he plan with him?
German striker on just 20 minutes to go?
Longstaff has already read something like Fark is not happy with him.
The crap Harrison is getting with his fans is not right.
Farkes' usual methods in play subs last 20 - 15 minutes

Is AC playing their first string squad?

Are they supposed to be any good this year

I do agree with the comment on Harrison. We?ve been dicked over a lot worse by players in the near past. In fact, Harrison signed a contract extension during the dark year under Ted. Not sure I would have.

On the way home from the game. Always room for improvement but in my opinion we weren't actually too bad.
        I have hope.
        Stach was mom.
Disappointed with Dan James. If he had pockets he could have put his hands in and dandered about.
Longstaff will prove to be good.
The rest were ok. It was a friendly.
51000 sell out crowd. Probably 1000 ities.

Schmidt went missing a lot, will be good to have bogle back in, James done nowt, although we all know what he can produce, and generally does, Stach looked good, as did piroe.

Finally we some some height and presence for free kicks and corners with Stach, yet he takes the ruddy thing - get him in the box!

New keeper didn’t really fill me with confidence. Was a bit too casual and will get caught by quick attackers. But, it was only his first game so will give him the benefit of the doubt.
On the positive side, he can throw the ball as far as he can kick it, which would be useful in quick counter attacks, should Farkeyboy choose.

Yes indeed. Pretty obvious one that.
Also we still insist on playing free kicks backwards instead of into the fkin box where our newfound height might be an advantage.

Andy still didn’t offer to buy a round, so no change there then.

Sounded and looked like we need a bit more up front.

Went to the Fulham game v Frankfurt yesterday and two old boys were playing. Rasmus and Koch.

Koch was about the best player on the pitch and Rasmus actually looked fairly decent (which goes to show how bad yehaaaas tactics were).

Aaronson?s little brother was player - he seems smaller than Brendan but a lot more skillful and a lot stronger and didn?t get muscled out of it.

Fulham weren?t playing g a full first team but can see why we have bulked up at the back and in midfield as hard to play against.

Raul Jiminez scored a worldie free kick but apart from that wasn?t that impressive. Iwobe looked there best player but although Muniz and Robinson weren?t playing not sure too much to fear there - hope not famous last words
