The ball hits a STATIC arm and is "redirected" without any "unnatural" movement or intention. Is he supposed to take his arms off before the ball hits? Ridiculous.

Wrexham beating Chelsea (twice!), then they come back from 3 - 2 down with ten men after over half an hour of extra time and then VAR rears its ugly f00king head and denies them the chance to equalise and take Chelsea (a team with a single player worth more than the whole Wrexham team) to penalties. VAR = the worst technology (And staff), ever introduced to football.
