Don't think this is the type of squad that gets a "new manager" bounce. A lot of them appear to be pure mercanaries. As long as the their paycheck clears they are fine.

Now he has gone it does change things for them, a good bet the players helped him on his way!! not much else for them to play for. Just the idea of us in the semi final at Wembley…its been awhile, lots of fans never witnessed this (like the scum game) so I am happy for the fans making it to the game. I believe our players have ‘we have nothing to fear’ in them and they seem to believe…just the occasion perhaps. Either way we have had a pretty good April! Let it continue.

I know I'm not exactly "objective". However, I think we have the better squad right now. Lots of injuries for them and some playing out of place. Not a matter of they are just better talent than us and can dominate us like they have some other teams in their cup run.

I had to respond because I agree this game has a more relaxed feel to it. Bit like that added bonus on our season. If we win?course we will then great we are in a final, not the biggest deal (imo) at a loss although I will have a bad taste in my mouth losing to them for a while. Staying up this season is our big achievement imo. A fa cup final well icing.

Must admit, I never thought we would ever get past the 3rd round in any cup, and this is a nice surprise. We were due for some luck as the teams we played well lets just say a luckier draw you would never see, Now beating the blues will be a bigger suprise even though we know all there problems and if we do beat them well who know miracles do happen and we really need some proper silverware as it's been so long.
