No one is coming, they?re relying on crocked DCL being fit, or nmecha coming good, don?t get your hopes up.

They surely have to bring someone in given the recent pronouncements.

Looks like we tried to do it as cheaply as we could (accepting almost 100m is a lot of money).

Still think having bought Rangers means they have less time to think about Leeds. Not the season to do it.

Even though we scored an abundance of goals in the championship it was still blatantly obvious we needed a creative midfielder and a striker, yes we?ve bolstered the keeper and defence situation but to leave the forward situation for so long and not get it done early is absolutely disgraceful.

Whilst Sunderland have, and still are buying and attracting players of quality with ease and no problems, where we can?t, it baffles me why we are so inept.

We brought in Okafor, Calvert-leuwin and Nmecha. And we have Piroe, james, harrison, gnonto, aaronson. Thats 8 players for 3 positions. Really should have kept Ramazani.

If that's all they stand for, well, we are already doomed. If A team like us with the best supporters can't reach the heights of the Fulham bournemeaths Everton, Brighton, Forest, and the like, what are we there for?
Have to agree. This idea of survival first and only is not a good one. I think we should be better than that. Go after top 10. The "survival" first idealogy is what i call Dycheian. Named after the manager i truly detest and the prime practician of this philosophy.

Ramazani is such a good attacking player it beggars belief we let him go.

Looks like El Khannous is going on a loan with a buy requirement at the end and for less then his reported buy out clause.

Uche who were have been linked with all window seems to going to Palace now they have lost Eze.

By leaving it so late we are fighting with bigger clubs who are more stable and are able to bid more.

Should have filled the gaps at the start of the season.

Not confident anything significant will happen for us today but hope I’m wrong.

Have tickets for the Fulham game so will be an interesting barometer.

Ramazani going also baffles me, fast, goalscorer, skilful, good player, can only assume his attitude in training and a fallout with farke over it, shame as I really liked him.

Think it may have been Adam Pope or Graham Smyth on some podcast saying Farke didn?t like how he reads the game defensively and that he provides too much of a weak link in the system of play.

Surely that can be worked on and coached whereas his pace and skill levels can?t.

Goes back to his risk free system and no dissent model.

I fear it will be long season of many ups and downs.

Hmmm yes. His risk free system v arsenal went well.
Still hurting and, if it comes to goal difference at the end??

3 hours to go till window closes, at least we won?t have to stay up till 11 to hear the same old bull when we sign NO ONE.

Seems we are now being linked with Harry Wilson who struggles to start at Fulham and who they are this probably happy to let go.

He has an Alice band that looks worse than bendy Brendy’s and is crap. He is also not better than we have - Rama decision looking more idiotic with each passing hour.

Solomon looks like moving to Palace on loan. Surely if we hadn’t gone cold on him he would have been happy to come back to Leeds on loan.

The end of this window seems to be a lesson in how not to close out the window.

                                Hamer - loan
                                Grealish - loan
                                El Khannouss loan
                                Solomon loan
                                Buonanotte loan

Yet none of them to us and four definitely were on our list of targets.
