This may be the event that the club has been waiting for before committing to any new recruitment...
(if so, could/should we bring back Archie Gray?)

If you see his stats 101 games 47 wins 14 draws 40 loses premier league. whole of his defence out for majority of season and injuries to his mids and forwards. if you ad the European season his record is pretty good me things.
played right through the europe cup and other cups. What he did with them was a miracle.
I feel we could have waited before farke got the nod so I'm pretty confident we will regret it.

He must have lost the dressing room or had a massive difference in terms of plan with the board.

Because to sack him is an absolute baffling decision, granted they were dreadful in the PL but that was with Archie Gray at Centre back and Djed Spence at left back for large parts of the season and most of their genuine attacking talent in Maddison, Solanke, Son, Richarlison etc injured. So, it is hardly surprising they struggled.

Add to that the fact he won a trophy, their first in forever, it just amazes me they didn’t stick with it and back him more.

The players were all for him no way he lost the dressing room. The reason they failed in premier league was injuries and once known they were safe they put all their cards in the european cup.
Everyone is baffled except Levy. Anyway there loss hell be fine.

That’s what I mean though it’s either the players (which they all seemed to love him) or the board and him disagreed on the direction.

Guy gets you a trophy and he’s binned off for Thomas Frank?

Anyway, if Farke ever gets the chop I’d happily have Postecoglu at Leeds.

For the money spent I did not think they were a very good squad. A lot of injuries but even when fully healthy they certainly weren't a contender. They and scum were very lucky that the 3 bottom teams were as bad as they were. This was likely a squad that would have cracked under pressure of relegation battle.

Frank was a great coach for Brentford. I think one of the best in the prem. However, Like Moyes at scum, not sure he's a great fit for Spurs. Those fans expect a lot and they really aren't that good of a squad or a club overall. They are good at making money and talking a big game. Not so good on the pitch.
