One positive for time out recovering from injury 'tho Spaldy, is 'a player gets to know his body' & having to watch lots of games from the sidelines they can learn a lot more too.

When playing they are 100 per cent focused on what to do so by watching from the sidelines offers them a different perspective which is good for them to learn from & implement into their game when fit.

My bro had micro-chips inside his training ball which monitored everything from velocity, spin & how his hands/fingers reacted to it. He was then shown the results & had to watch taped play backs to see how he could have handled the ball better & safer.

Looking at the current PL injury table via the Physio room list then we a currently quite lucky.
The Premier League Injury Table by PhysioRoom. The best place for all EPL injury news and updates for Premier League fans & FPL Managers.

Apparently our Medical dept is top dollar equipment & staff wise. Most elite PL clubs are paying a salary of 250k for their Physio now, too, alongside a plethora of staff checking the players wearable technology of GPS & LPS devices used to monitor player loads, movements & progress during training & matches, all providing data for performance analysis specifically for injury prevention.

Lots of tec, in everything now, I was always having issues attempting to reset or revive the 'high drain' body-pack for my singing perfomance wireless mic, which is a right malarky for any singer in doing their regular voltage checks with a multimeter, so far 'tho no fire, shocks or god forbid explosions from the lithium-Ion power cells yet during an audio set up !

Having studied the image carefully, and currently, I suspect that that is not you.
