The full backs returning to the team made such a huge difference. The plan from the start of the season was for Tino and Lewis to be the first choice. Their energy and dynamism is clearly a key element to the evolution of this team.

Losing the pace up top with Wissa being out injured and not yet kicking a ball has seen the immediate snap change to tactics with Woltemade leading the line.

I might be wrong, but, this was the first match with Tino & Hall from the kick off and the team win... quelle surprise!

BDB and Tripz were not the first choice full backs at all for this season.

I prefer 9 points off 2nd too. The league is compact. A lot of teams will lose to one another, the fabled Bin dippers & Filth dwelling scum after spending 300+m quid each sitting pretty in 10th & 11th.

Both on equal points with the Cartel's poor relative Spuds and the darling of the 'challenger clubs' Villa. All 4 just 3 points better off than NUFC. All were tipped for greatness once again this season. Bang up job so far.
Thomas Frank looks like the quintessential Spurs manager.

My point being that there will be some more disappointments along the way but without doubt, come the end of the season we'll be in and around the UCL places, with a home tie against Fulham the Semis off the Carabao beckon & we're sitting in the auto-qualifications for the KO stages of the UCL....

Keeping the key players fit is essential, the absence of Hall & Livi has spelt that out clear as day.
