Shame Amorim is gone - I could honestly have seen Mainoo leaving old Trafford even with an option to buy!
Would have loved to have him here proving a point and looking to the summer too.
Anyways, that ship if there ever was one has sailed 🤷🏻*♂️
I can?t see a big move for us this window at all. Besides the amount of time it takes Eddie to integrate new signings in to the squad, might as well wait until summer 😆

Bournemouth's Alex Scott has been linked a few times.
I just don't understand this one.
Alex Scott, 22, from England ➤ AFC Bournemouth, since 2023 ➤ Central Midfield ➤ Market value: €50.00m ➤ * 21/08/2003 in Guernsey, Guernsey
Decent 22 yr old English midfielder but nothing outstanding about the lad.
He's no better than Ramsey and not a patch on Miley. We don't need another one midfield of that profile.
He's not a stand out player as a No.6 or a No.10. As an 8 he's steady but never, has a commentator or a punditry team picked up out as the game changer.
The profile needed is something different. A ball winning or a more flair player rather than a hard working box to box man.
what do you think?

It looks like Paqueta is going back to Brazil. He would certainly offer that more creative cutting edge that the team needs to unlock defences and would be a great addition to the team/squad.
The challenges around signing a player at his age are the usual. Wages, Bonuses, Agents fees for player aged 28.
With the comments from both Eddie and Ross Wilson being that the club's signing model is 18-24 players with great potential to become world class players. Lucas' profile just doesn't fit that model.

Reports here that Paqueta has asked WHU if he can go back to Flamengo. Just waiting for the club to reply.Originally posted by Ragatino View PostIt looks like Paqueta is going back to Brazil. Apparently the deal is being held up by the asking price from West Ham. They're prepared to come down in price to facilitate the return to Brazil.
West Ham are going down this season and need to clear the decks of big earners.
Bizarre to see them signing 2 strikers
Pablo Felipe (22) Gil Vicente ?21.8m - 10 goals this season in Portugal
Taty Castellanos (27) Lazio ?25.2m - 2 goals this season in Italy
Wow. Classic West Ham signings.
Almost 50m on two questionable signings.

Latest to be linked Joaquin Seys - Club Brugge - 20 yr old Full back. Plays Left & Right side
Prefers the left, left footed. However, both sided is great versatility.
Joaquin Seys, 21, from Belgium ➤ Club Brugge KV, since 2024 ➤ Left-Back ➤ Market value: €20.00m ➤ * 28/03/2005 in Oostende, Belgium

Jonathan David is not having a good time in Italy. I've seen a few links with him over the last week or so. No idea if it's just paper talk or there is something in it.
A season long loan would be interesting but he's Cup tied for the UCL as hes played 6 times for Juve this season.
This all has a whiff of Agent led gossip to me. Clearly David is angling for a move to the Prem in summer, clearly not happy in Italy.
