I see they are the latest team to sell their women's team to themselves. Why aren't we doing that

our women's team are not in the top flight so we could not demand a fee like Everton, Chelsea or Villa did.

If you look at the comparison in the men's game.

A mid table PL club like Palace will cost 450m to buy

a mid table Championship club like West Brom costs 55m. that's a huge drop off

So if Chelsea sold theirs for 200m, we would get 25m for ours.

What is the point of selling now, we could get promoted in the next few years and then we could

demand 8x the price of what we currently can

Chelsea women's was sold on what it will be worth in 10-15 yrs times, not on current value.
last season Chelsea women's team had a turn over of ?11.5m.

Any Men's Premier League team's Women's team can be valued in accordance with the precedents set by Chelsea. Steph Borson basically said that Chelsea's actions have rendered PSR defunct. As we're seeing Villa and now Everton follow suit to make the Associated Party Transaction to generate revenue as the Premier League values the 'Future Asset' of the women's team as fair market value despite having zero clue what things are gonna cost in the future.

It's not been closed down as the other clubs wanted to ensure they could also take advantage of this technicality.

Why we aren't doing it is basically down to the fact our out going CEO is an incompetent clown and achieved nothing.

I have to imagine that there is a long term strategy in place awaiting to go into affect once City have overturned their trumped up charges the Cartel push Masters and his crooks to bring against the blues.

This has to be the case. Or the entire commercial team need to be replaced and genuine high level contract men brought in.
