  • FA Cup 3rd round

One of my favourite days of the football calendar.

Really good game tonight-Wrexham vs Forest-be great if they held on for the win.

    100% - love it.

I'm looking forward to Macclesfield v Palace.

If they win, it'll be biggest gap between teams ever in FA Cup history.

See Jesse Lingaard has been linked with a move to Wrexham

Forest and Palace both out to lower league sides.

Dyche absolutely savaged his players in public, about as brutal a shredding of his own players I can remember from a manager-not sure what he hoped to achieve by that?

And Palace have produced arguably the worst defence of a 'title' ever, given that it's the biggest difference in relative league positions in the history of the competition ever.

Great to see Tripps back, by the way.

        Sounds like a decent start.

Well...much as I am loathe to leave this thriving discussion, I'm off for a few beers.

Be very strange travelling into Town while a match is on...*rueful smiley

            . Fcuk's sake... wrong thread again. 🤡🤡

I've worked out what's going wrong, though.

This bloody site jumps around so much on mobile, it took 3 attempts just to load this thread instead of the one it jumped to just as I was clicking.

              Absolutely buzzing for Macclesfield.

Apparently so, thigh injury or something similar?

My hunch he’s just taken out off the spotlight to get his confidence back.
He is so massively out of form, match sharpness, whatever, you name it

Remember what time it took Gordon and Hall to get into first team, I do hope Elanga could get the same boost. So far it looks like the worst 50 mln ever spent

Yeh, been out for a few games with a thigh pull (I think it said a few games back).

                      Man Utd out again

First time since the war years they have been out at first attempt in cup comps.

Spurs and the filth both out in the 3rd. Both sets of fans are raging. One club have sacked their manager. The other is in the process of sacking Frank.

Whilst it is brilliant that their fans are raging at the fact their 'season is over in January.' It does mean that they only have the Premier League to focus on so that could be an advantage competing for the Champions League places.
